Keep our molding automation running at peak performance by diagnosing issues quickly, refining programs, and elevating processes to improve efficiency and quality.

What You Will Do

• Troubleshoot and service custom electromechanical equipment and multi‑axis robotic systems.
• Review and modify robotic code to resolve complex system issues.
• Execute technical improvements that enhance production processes.
• Maintain and repair auxiliary automation on the molding floor.
• Plan daily work and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Write/optimize robot programs to maximize operational efficiency.
• Cross‑train peers on specialized robotic workstations.
• Offer technical support to colleagues as required.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Two‑year post‑high‑school technical diploma/certificate with 0–1 year experience; OR high school diploma/GED plus four years of related automation experience.
• PC proficiency in Windows.
• Ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Familiarity with PLC programs.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving ability.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Mechanical systems knowledge within manufacturing.

Preferred Background

• Associate degree/certificate.
• Hands‑on robotic programming.
• Metal fabrication experience.
• Lean manufacturing exposure.

ADA Requirements:

• Stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, reach or otherwise move frequently

• Occasional repetitive motion and grasping

• Occasional climbing to reach areas on machines or racks

• Lift, move or otherwise transfer up to 50 lbs. occasionally, >20 lbs. frequently

• Typically sits, grasps items or performs keyboarding for occasional operation of a computer

• Exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards which may require respiratory protection
