Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) – Full-Time
Quincy, MA
$80,000–$112,000/year
We are seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to oversee rehabilitation services within a skilled nursing facility in Quincy, MA. This leadership role is ideal for a licensed therapist who enjoys team development, operational oversight, and driving quality clinical outcomes in a collaborative rehab environment.
- Oversee daily rehab operations, staff workflow, and scheduling
- Support compliance, documentation quality, and clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident care
- Assist with staff training, mentorship, and development
- Supportive team environment and leadership support
- Opportunity to lead both short-term rehab and long-term care programs
