Guide potential clients through selecting the right coverage options based on their specific lifestyle needs.

Manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts by reaching out with helpful advice and coverage reviews.

Prepare accurate quotes and explain the fine print in a way that feels simple and transparent.

Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the best possible outcomes for our policyholders.

Maintain organized records and handle administrative tasks related to policy renewals and modifications.

Participate in local community events to represent The Atlantic District and build visibility in Quincy.

Valid Massachusetts Property & Casualty Producer License.

Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales.

Strong command of agency management software and digital documentation.

Clear and articulate communication skills for explaining complex policy details.

High attention to detail when reviewing coverage terms and client profiles.

History of maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
