💰 Compensation

$40–$50/hour + Commission = $100,000–$130,000+ per year

Our best technicians earn over $120K annually without being on-call.
You’ll have guaranteed 40 hours per week, overtime if you want it, and the freedom to build the career — and life — you deserve.

Requirements

🧰 What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of field experience and formal HVAC training
• EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license (clean record)
• A professional set of tools worthy of your skills
• Personal pride in doing the best work, every time
• A knack for communication — you make customers feel comfortable and confident
