Customer Engagement Specialist 2 Marlborough, MA, United States **Customer Engagement Specialist** **Clinical Services** **Hologic is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist (Level 2) to build and enhance customer relationships and drive satisfaction. The ideal candidate will use personalized interactions, proactive problem-solving, and a multi-channel approach to ensure customer success throughout their training event lifecycle. You will act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to deliver valuable solutions, content, and consistent support.** __________________________________________________________ **Summary of Duties and Responsibilities** + Proactively creating and fostering positive relationships with external customers and boosting Customer Satisfaction/Service. + Bring forth ideas, identify opportunities and recommendations for process change and enhancements. + Collect customer feedback and engage other functions with feedback directly from the customer to foster the creation of a unified team to support our customers. + Manage resource allocation for onsite and remote clinical instruction. + Assist and support answering and resolving Application field issues. + Provide continued customer service through managing of customer issues. + Partner and work in collaboration with sales teams to generate new business. + Collaborate in the development of new alternative training models. + Proactively support team members with tasks to support growth of department. + Ensure that all activities reflect the Quality Policy according to ISO 13485 Standards. **Qualifications** + Ability to be highly adaptable to complexity and change with accuracy and attention to detail. + Effective communication skills, including ability to interact with medical staff, sales, marketing, and global franchise leaders. + Needs to have a thorough understanding of breast health systems. + Demonstration of professional demeanor. + Problem-solving aptitude. + Customer-oriented approach. + Ability to motivate others with a positive can-do attitude. + Tenacity and drive to persevere through obstacles and barriers. + Experience managing projects. + Background in sales and customer service is a plus. + Valid Driver's License and valid passport as applicable. + Ability to travel within North America and International. **Education** + Bachelor's degree preferred **Experience** + Experience as a Clinical Services Specialist or Customer Engagement Specialist preferred. + Customer support and/or sales support is desirable **Additional Info:** (Including Physical & Mental requirements) The annualized base salary range for this role is $77,000 to $120,300 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand. + Domestic travel to customer and Hologic site locations by automobile and/or airplane (may include occasional evening/weekend travel and extended periods of time out of the country); International travel may also be required. + The work environment is within a healthcare setting where the individual is occasionally exposed to the risk of radiation exposure and blood-borne pathogens.
