The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing higher level clinical support to the health care team by providing superior nursing care services to patients in accordance with established R.N. job standards, policies, and procedures. **You Will Be Responsible For** : + **Exceptional Patient Care:** Contributes to overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that impact patient care positively. + **Excellent Communicator** : Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with admin, colleagues, patients and family member. + **Strong Educator** : Educate patients and family members so that they have a transparent understanding of the care being provided. + **Technical Familiarity** : Understanding in computer-based applications (E-MAR, clinical documentation), email, and standard applications such as Microsoft Office. + **Active Teamwork** : Demonstrates problem solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication through teamwork. **Position Hours** : Full Time: 40 Hour Days - 8:30am - 5pm, Monday-Friday Position is in Agawam, Medical Clinic **Pay Range:** $33.10 - 52.95 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location. **Requirements** : + **Education** : Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program. BSN graduate preferred. + **Licensure** : Current Licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in Massachusetts. + **Preferred Qualifications:** Specialty credentialing & educational degree according to clinical nursing practice specialty area.
