Personal Trainer / Location Supervisor

Job Overview
Anytime Fitness Hyannis is a premier Health Club within the fitness industry, and we strive to help our members through coaching and community support. We are seeking a part-time individual who has a passion for helping others. We strive to improve members’ lives through fitness, nutrition, and recovery. Established clientele for both individual and small group training.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Fitness consultations – conduct fitness consultations for new members which include: goal setting, body scans, fitness assessment, sample workout, and recommendations for success.

Training services – deliver high-quality, pre-programmed 1-on-1 and group workouts

Educator – educate clients on safe and effective training regiments, provide nutrition guidance and promote recovery.

Drives results –drive client success through session attendance and metric tracking.

• Administer body scan technology (EVOLT system) and interpret results.
• Engage with digital coaching platforms to assist and motivate clients outside of the club.
• Provide customer service through member engagement and client accountability.

Cleanliness – responsible for contributing to facility cleanliness.

Continued education – demonstrate a drive for career development through continued education and remain current on certifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification or certified within 60 days of employment
• CPR, First Aid, and AED Certified within 30 days
• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of fitness, endurance training, strength / power training. Program design tools are provided to optimize client results and improve your personal knowledge.
• Ability to work with clients from all walks of life, abilities and goals.
• Strong communication skills and team player.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
