Real Estate Project Management Lead
Real Estate PM Lead needed for Contract Opportunity in Boston - The ideal candidate is a highly experienced Project Manager with at least 8 years of overall experience, and a strong background in large-scale, complex projects. They should have a minimum of 4 years of specific experience in infrastructure project management, with a proven track record of managing projects involving network upgrades and real estate build-outs. This individual must possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate project meetings, hold team members accountable, and accurately report project status. A collaborative mindset is essential, as is a commitment to building strong relationships with both internal teams and external vendors. The candidate should be analytical, strategic, and comfortable with financial tracking and forecasting. Certifications like PMP or Agile CSM are a plus.

- Facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication and accountability among team members.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and report on project status, risks, and issues.
- Track project financials, including forecasting and providing accrual information.
- Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.
Real estate build-outs
