What You’ll Do:
General Responsibilities:
Perform various duties including offloading all machines for a variety of holesaw sizes, following standard established methods and procedures as well as assembling kits.
Responsibilities:
- When offloading the Apex remove painted holesaw from spindle and place it in wooden tray. Place unpainted saw on spindle. Move painted products to the appropriate packaging IPK.
- Check for quality, any holesaws that don’t meet standard put aside for rework.
- Set up several automatic and manual boxing, blister and pad printing equipment.
- Retrieve packaging material from storage racks to load machinery and to assemble kits. Record usage of all material on traveler per ISO standards.
- Perform regular routine maintenance to the equipment and post information to maintenance log.
- Fill out daily production sheet as well as input numbers into iPad.
- Detect and report defective material or equipment, unusual situations or other problems to supervisor. Maintain equipment and work area in a neat and orderly manner.
- Perform other similar or related duties as assigned or directed
Climate:
Demanding, fast-paced position resulting from deadline pressures, simultaneous competing demands and changing priorities. Shift change to 10 hours a day as needed for service and attainment goals.

- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to use numbers including decimals
- Light physical effort required, equivalent to lifting, pushing, pulling 5 to 25 pounds
