Revenue Operations Associate

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for an On-site Entry-Level Revenue Operations Associate. This role focuses on supporting revenue-generating teams through data management, reporting, process optimization, and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Support daily revenue operations activities and initiatives
• Maintain and update CRM records and sales databases
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Assist with sales pipeline and forecasting activities
• Monitor data quality and identify reporting discrepancies
• Support process improvement projects across revenue teams
• Analyze operational data and generate business insights
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams
• Track KPIs and support business performance reviews
• Maintain documentation and operational procedures
• Assist with workflow automation and efficiency initiatives
• Support strategic projects and revenue growth initiatives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, or related field)
• 0–2 years of experience in administration, operations, customer service, or support roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and data
