We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This is a contract position that requires a detail-oriented and organized individual to support daily office operations. The role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining a focused and efficient environment.
Responsibilities:• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
• Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries or direct them to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks with attention to detail.
• Manage reception duties, including welcoming visitors and coordinating front desk activities.
• Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
• Assist in managing office supplies and ensuring the workspace is organized.
• Coordinate with other departments to support cross-functional administrative needs.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and care.• At least 2 years of experience in administrative support or a related role.
• Proficiency in answering and directing inbound calls effectively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage office operations.
• Familiarity with data entry practices and maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable performing receptionist duties in a meticulous and organized setting.
• Ability to use office software and tools proficiently, such as Microsoft Office.
• High level of discretion when working with sensitive information.
