Snow Removal Heavy Equipment Operator
Join JC Grounds, a leading snow removal contractor, as a Heavy Equipment Operator for the upcoming winter season. We pride ourselves on our modern fleet, 95% of which is less than 3 years old and equipped with state-of-the-art features such as bluetooth radios, air-ride heated seats, and backup cameras. Be prepared for a dynamic work environment, as operators must be available for all winter snow events, which may require extended hours based on severity. Currently looking for operators in the Boston Massachusetts area that have a Massachusetts 2A 2B Hoisting license. (Required)
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment, specifically skid steers or loaders, for snow removal at assigned commercial sites according to the specified site maps.
- Be available for all winter snow events, regardless of timing.
- Arrive on-time and ready to work.
- Work extended hours as necessary based on the severity of snow events.
Qualifications
- Experience in operating heavy equipment, specifically skid steers and front end loaders
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to varying work hours.
- Massachusetts 2A 2B Hoisting License (Required)
