Are you an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for sales? A1 Exterminators is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. A1 Exterminators is a leading provider of pest control services. As a Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting our effective pest control solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' pest control needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our pest control solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to secure new business opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the pest control industry or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets and achieve results.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license
- Pesticide applicator’s license preferred
