Foundational Pathways is hiring Behavior Technicians to work with children with developmental disabilities. This entry-level position offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and an opportunity to positively impact children's lives and support their families.

What We're Looking For:

Requirements :

• High School Diploma or GED
• 18 years or older
• Able to lift 50 pounds occasionally
• Reliable transportation
• Availability at least three weekdays from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM and 1-2 Saturdays per month 8:30AM-2PM.

Preferred Experience :

• Working with children with autism, challenging behaviors, emotional support needs, or developmental disabilities.
• Experience as a paraprofessional, behavior support staff, classroom aide, or in special education settings.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in basic tech systems (email, documentation, etc.) on computers and iPads.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide ABA therapy : Work directly with children at our center, in our community, or in-home to help them improve behaviors and acquire new skills.
• Follow individualized programs : Implement personalized ABA plans created by a BCBA, tailored to each child's needs.
• Document progress : Record session data, write detailed session notes, and manage timesheets.
• Build relationships : Establish trust and rapport with clients and families, ensuring they meet their treatment goals.
• Communicate effectively : Keep supervisors updated on progress, availability, and case details.
• Participate : Attend team meetings and supervision sessions, and maintain professional conduct and client confidentiality at all times.

Logistics & Details:

• Expected Hours : 10-15 hours per week
• Location : Sutton, MA 01590 (must have reliable transportation or plan to relocate before starting work)
• Travel : Must be willing to travel up to 30 minutes from center for in-home sessions.
