Tobias Hearing Center is looking for a part-time Patient Care Coordinator for our local, independent, community-oriented practice in Quincy, MA who wants to be part of a small but mighty team striving to help our community hear their best.

We’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who is as passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience as we are. The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for greeting patients, answering the phones, scheduling appointments, completing billing processes, completing administrative processing and recordkeeping, and more.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional phone demeanor
• Sound record reflecting honesty and integrity; the ability to contribute positively to a team environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• The ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of patients with a high standard of care
• A dedication to helping those with hearing loss, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, brain injury, as well as those who are not mobile or have limited mobility
• Computer experience including, but not limited to, MAC systems, Microsoft Office Suite of programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Experience with scheduling software, medical OMS, as well as billing and insurance processes preferred

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate starting at $20.50-$23.00 depending on experience plus potential for results-based incentive plan after 90-days of employment

Location – in-person, onsite at Tobias Hearing Center

Schedule – Tuesday and Wednesdays, 9:30a-4p with possible opportunities for additional day/hours in the future.
