Summary
Under the direction of the Senior Director of Population Health Quality Performance and the Vice Chief of Psychiatry, the Program Manager will focus on assisting Psychiatry in planning, implementing, evaluating and continuously improving many simultaneous projects to achieve waiver, CBHC and/or other necessary metrics identified by the organization. These initiatives will include a wide range of activities related to strategic planning, practice transformation, change management, workforce engagement, data systems and quality/process improvement. Although the focus of this position will be on the Psychiatry service line, there may be times when similar tasks may be needed in other service lines to assist CHA in meeting its strategic and financial goals.
This role will consist of collaborative work with Psychiatry leadership and clinical teams, as well as departments throughout CHA (IT, Quality, Performance Improvement, Government Affairs) to improve systems of care in order to support the achievement of ACO and Waiver metrics and other reporting and performance deliverables. The Program Manager will partner closely with performance improvement staff assigned by the Quality and Safety Department to Psychiatry and other CHA Departments to ensure alignment in focusing on the designated quality improvement priorities.

Qualifications/Requirements:
BA or BS Degree, MA or MS Degree preferred, in health care, administration, or research (Public Health, Hospital Administration, Business Administration w/ health care concentration; Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, etc.)
Three or more years of experience in program and project management.
Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and improve new initiatives (clinical or managerial) Demonstrated skills with quality measurement, performance monitoring and improvement. Knowledge of concepts and frameworks for improvement science, quality improvement.
Demonstrated analytical capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation skills and ability to speak comfortably with large audiences.
Ability to maintain a high-energy, persistent, assertive, diplomatic, and cooperative work style.
