Senior Electrical Engineer
- Leading electrical design efforts from concept through validation.
- Responsibility for schematic development, hardware bring-up, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
- Reading and creating schematics and driving technical decisions.
- Leading projects through execution
- Collaborating across engineering disciplines.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in electrical or hardware engineering
- Experience leading hardware development from concept through test and release
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and develop electrical schematics
- Experience with hardware bring-up, debugging, validation, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with standard lab equipment including oscilloscopes, power supplies, DMMs, logic analyzers, and signal generators
- Experience creating and maintaining engineering documentation including test procedures, reports, and design documentation
- Strong cross-functional communication and project leadership skills
- Experience supporting design reviews and mentoring engineers preferred
- Authorized working in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
- Experience with analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design and test systems
- Experience with electromechanical system interfaces or aerospace/defense applications
- Familiarity with PCB design review and layout collaboration
- Experience in regulated or high-reliability engineering environments
