What you would be doing:
Our BCBA’s are responsible for the development, assessment, and analysis of behavioral programs, data analysis, and functional assessment of behaviors for our clients. In addition, you would be guiding and overseeing the supervision of your client’s Behavior Technicians in order to ensure treatment fidelity. You will conduct formal assessments (e.g., ABLLS, VB- Mapp, etc.) and write individualized Behavioral Support programs in coordination with the child's caregiver. Consult with the Curriculum Coordinator to incorporate your clients' individualized plans into social play and activities.
Participate in staff training and coordinate meetings with your client’s caregivers to formally review the data and provide parent training.

What we are looking for:
- Licensed as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification/LABA
- Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Valid Driver’s license
- Experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities with accompanying behavioral disorders.
- Ability, with training, to perform appropriate physical restraint as needed
- Capability to work independently as well as in a team environment with colleagues and Behavior Technicians.
- Exhibits the ability to articulate well in both verbal and written communication.
- Possesses the aptitude to coordinate with others in recognizable and demonstrated ways. Helps resolve conflicts when they arise, and conducts oneself in a professional manner at all times

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Evaluation:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the causes and functions of challenging behaviors.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
- Regularly review and update treatment plans to reflect progress and changes in the client’s needs.
- Intervention Design and Implementation:
- Design and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Train and supervise RBTs and other staff on the implementation of behavior plans.
- Model appropriate interventions and provide in-field support to ensure fidelity of implementation.
- Data Collection and Analysis:
- Oversee the collection of data on client behavior, monitor progress, and analyze data to make informed decisions.
- Adjust interventions based on data analysis to ensure the effectiveness of treatment.
- Family and Caregiver Training:
- Provide training and support to families and caregivers on behavior management strategies.
- Communicate regularly with families about progress and involve them in the decision-making process.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work collaboratively with other professionals (e.g., speech therapists, occupational therapists, educators) to provide comprehensive care.
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and treatment adjustments.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided, including progress notes, treatment plans, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and state regulations related to behavior analysis services.
- Professional Development:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA.
- Attend professional development workshops and maintain certification requirements.
What We Can Offer You?
- Proud to offer a highly competitive starting salary:
- $70,000 - $85,000 based on experience
- Additional stipend for billing over the weekly required 25 billable hours, paid weekly
- $5000 Bonus - $2500 paid after 3 months of employment, $2500 paid after 6 months of employment
- CEU yearly stipend allotment
- We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and flexible individual to join our team. This role offers a unique schedule, combining daytime support with two dedicated afterschool sessions per week.
