Experienced HVAC Service Technician

Get your nights and weekends back with this full-time position that DOES NOT entail 24-hour on-call. Primary responsibilities:

· Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems across 11 million square feet of office, retail, and lab space

· Troubleshoot, service, install, and repair commercial HVAC systems such as water-source heat pumps, DX cooling, cooling towers, gas-fired hydronic systems, makeup air units, lab exhaust systems, and variable-frequency drives

The preferred candidate will possess:

· An excellent customer service attitude

· Refrigeration technician license is desirable, but not required

Required qualifications:

· Ability to work independently

· Minimum of five years of experience

· Knowledge of ductwork design, sizing, and fundamentals

The hourly rate range is $35 - $45, based on experience.
