Telecom Expense Management Analyst
Onsite 5 days a week in Boston, MA
Our client operates one of the nation’s largest mass transit systems, serving millions of residents across a broad regional network of bus, rapid transit, streetcar, trolley, and commuter rail services. Rate: $45.00 to $55.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:

- Analyze and interpret telecommunications billing data to validate charges and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings to management and stakeholders.
- Track and monitor KPIs for telecommunications usage, costs, uptime, and time to repair.
- Review contracts to ensure favorable rates and terms, with knowledge of ITT72 considered a plus.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve billing disputes and service issues.
- Stay current on telecommunications technologies and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all telecommunications assets and services.
- Verify E-911 location information for applicable services.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline expense management.
Experience Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in telecommunications expense management with clear focus on expense management versus general telecom analysis.
- Hands-on TEM experience on the cellular side with emphasis on cost controls.
- Advanced SQL and Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with ITT72 (preferred).

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range. W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
