Product Owner, Pre-emptive Health

THE ROLE
As our Product Owner, you’ll be the architect and champion of our product vision. You’ll lead the charge in discovering user needs, translating insights into product roadmap, and working closely with engineering team to bring AI-powered pre-emptive health experiences to life. This role transcends by-the-book product management – you will be the customer champion, the strategic thinker, the impact-focused builder, and above all a leader that pioneers pre-emptive health for millions of users.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the product vision and roadmap for our consumer-facing AI pre-emptive health platform - from discovery to launch and iteration
- Lead user discovery and market research, translating insights into actionable strategies and product opportunities
- Partner with engineering team to translate cutting-edge research into real-world experiences that users love and trust
- Work closely with company leadership to shape strategic direction, iterate based on user feedback to find our product-market fit
- Create clarity out of ambiguity - aligning user empathy, technical complexity, and business outcomes, and relentlessly prioritizing
- Contribute to building a team culture that thrives on care, collaboration, and impact
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors or Masters or Doctorate degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, design, or business)
- 5+ years of software product ownership/management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role driving strategy and execution
- Proven success building and scaling consumer-facing software products. Digital health / health tech / experience with agentic solutions are strong plusses
- Deep experience in user discovery, product analytics, and agile product development
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills – speak both business and engineering languages comfortably, inspire teams, align stakeholders, and move fast
- Passion for pre-emptive health – harnessing technology to make human life better

The salary range for this role is $183,000 - $231,000. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. FL113 currently offers healthcare coverage, annual incentive program, retirement benefits and a broad range of other benefits. Compensation and benefits information is based on FL113’s good faith estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future.
