Hotel Houseperson - FULL TIME - Fairfield Inn & Suites, Mansfield

Join us at the Fairfield Inn & Suites at 50 Reservoir Street, Mansfield as a FULL TIME Houseperson.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Houseperson to join our hotel team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of our public spaces—helping us deliver on our mission of “every guest, every time.”

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, including lobby, hallways, elevators, and restrooms
• Stock housekeeping supplies
• Rotate and organize linens and supplies in storage areas
• Replenish housekeeping and storeroom inventory
• Remove trash and soiled linens from housekeeping carts
• Sweep, vacuum, and spot clean floors, walls, and fixtures
• Assist with guest requests
• Monitor hotel grounds, including parking lots and outdoor areas, for cleanliness

• Cleaning and maintaining the general appearance of public areas and corridors of the hotel
• Light maintenance issues
• Laundry Duties when needed

Pay: $17 - $18 per hour

Schedule: Weekdays and Weekends, must have flexibility

Shift: Day Shifts/ Swing Shifts

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working on a Team or independently

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, bending, and pushing/pulling throughout the shift
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Friendly, positive, and guest-focused attitude
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
