Job Description

Tiger Group is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the firm’s B2B marketing strategy across its asset valuation, specialty financing, and disposition services platforms.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a results-driven marketer who can think strategically while driving content and execution. The Director will be responsible for strengthening Tiger’s brand presence and supporting business development across all divisions.

From time to time, the Director will also oversee direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select disposition events, including retail store closings and e-commerce sale events where Tiger is engaged as an advisor.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in B2B marketing and the ability to manage multiple initiatives with speed, precision, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

The Director of Marketing will maintain a cohesive, recognizable brand identity across all Tiger divisions and support business development efforts. Core responsibilities include:

• Lead brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing materials
• Develop and execute marketing programs targeting banks, lenders, private equity firms, financial advisors, and other financial services partners
• Oversee content development across digital, social, email, and print channels
• Lead public relations efforts, including media outreach, press releases, bylines, and messaging strategy
• Manage media relationships and secure placements across relevant outlets
• Support business development through presentations and deal-related materials
  

During retail and e-commerce disposition events, the Director will:

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to align on objectives and execution
• Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion
• Track performance and optimize campaigns based on data and results
  

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within financial services, professional services, or related industries
• Experience in consumer-facing marketing, particularly retail or e-commerce, is a plus
• Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills
• High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
