- Provide direct nursing care to laboring, delivery, and postpartum patients
- Monitor maternal and fetal status, perform focused assessments, and respond to changes in condition
- Administer medications and interventions as ordered; manage pain relief and analgesia per protocol
- Assist with labor, delivery, and postpartum procedures; support cesarean deliveries as indicated
- Document care, treatments, and patient education accurately in the charting system
- Collaborate with obstetric, anesthesia, neonatal, and support teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes Requirements
- Massachusetts Registered Nurse license in hand at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NRP
- COVID-19 vaccine plus booster required (no exemptions)
- MA board portal compliance: log in, itemize items received, and provide a screenshot to the recruiter
- Education: graduated from an approved nursing program and licensed as a RN in Massachusetts
- Ability to work a 3x12 night schedule and adapt to a hospital setting
- Be prepared to provide SSN and DOB as part of submission per compliance Benefits and Support
