- Primary Objective: Drive strategic agent recruitment. You will lead the effort to identify, meet with, and onboard talented real estate professionals to the brokerage.
- Interpersonal Acumen: The ideal candidate genuinely cares for others, operates with the highest integrity, and demonstrates a strong sense of urgency.
- Strategic Vision: Requires a candidate with ambitious goals and the ability to cultivate a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.
- Talent Acquisition Drive: Must be motivated by the process of prospecting for high-caliber salespeople to expand the team.
- Relevant Experience: Backgrounds in sales, staffing, talent acquisition, or network marketing are highly transferable to this role.
- Licensing & Certification: MA Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License, and must be tech-literate
Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting: Execute diverse recruiting strategies to attract and onboard producing real estate agents, thereby achieving company growth objectives.
- Training: Develop and implement a balanced monthly calendar of training designed to enhance agents’ professional skills and overall productivity.
- Coaching: Serve as a mentor and guide for top-producing agents, offering strategic advice and support to help them develop and exceed their personalized business goals.
- Retention: Work with on-site staff to implement strategies to promote agent satisfaction and maintain a positive, supportive work environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Professional Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in recruiting, sales, and leadership roles.
- Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of real estate industry trends and best practices is preferred but not required for the position.
- Core Competencies: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Professional Conduct: Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all interactions.
Summary of Impact
In many ways, the Team Leader serves as the Director of Recruiting, playing a critical role in shaping the company's agent and driving organizational success through strategic talent acquisition and development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
