We are seeking a skilled back-end developer to join our IBM Software team. As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software products, working with a variety of technologies and programming languages. IBM’s product and technology landscape includes Research, Software, and Infrastructure. Entering this domain positions you at the heart of IBM, where growth and innovation thrive. Your Role And Responsibilities We are seeking Product Managers to help shape AI-enabled and data-driven products that solve complex business challenges. In this role, you will guide product strategy, collaborate across engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams, and ensure that we deliver secure, scalable, intuitive experiences. You will use insights, analytics, and user needs to define priorities and drive meaningful product outcomes. Required Technical And Professional Expertise- Strong fundamentals in product strategy, roadmap planning, and backlog management.
- Understanding of AI, ML, or data lifecycle concepts.
- Experience with Agile practices such as sprint planning and iterative delivery.
- Ability to analyze data, use product analytics tools, and interpret metrics.
- Clear communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and manage dependencies.
- Experience with enterprise or AI-powered products.
- Familiarity with responsible AI frameworks.
- Experience working with global teams.
