Senior Analyst - Pricing
Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Senior Analyst - Pricing. Summary: We're looking for a Senior Analyst to support critical pricing and revenue decisions in a dynamic, data-driven environment. This role partners closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver timely insights, scenario analysis, and recommendations that influence both short-term decisions and long-term strategy. The client offers salary and benefits, 401(k) match, Tuition Reimbursement, FSA, and other company perks. This position will be hybrid in the Boston, MA area 2 days a week on site. Duties:
- Analyze pricing decisions, market benchmarks, and financial impacts across existing business
- Deliver time-sensitive insights, scenario modeling, and decision support
- Build and maintain pricing, revenue, and forecasting reports and tools
- Partner with Finance, Billing, Accounting, and Planning to ensure data accuracy and alignment
- Analyze trends and support strategic planning and automation initiatives
- Work with enterprise systems supporting pricing, AUM, CRM, billing, and financial modeling
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics Business
- Master's degree or MBA a plus
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, revenue, or financial analysis (asset management or similar industry)
- Strong understanding of asset-based fees and complex pricing structures
- Solid accounting and revenue recognition knowledge
- Advanced analytical, modeling, and reporting skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner across teams
