• Evaluate & Elevate: Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to create customized plans of care.
• Collaborate: Work closely with physicians, families, and our rehab team to ensure holistic success.
• Innovate: Help develop new programs and services within our Rehabilitation department.
• Mentor: Provide guidance to assistant-level staff and new team members during orientation.
• Advocate: Recommend the best assistive devices and provide essential education to caregivers.

Who You Are:

• Licensed: You hold a valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing in Massachusetts.
• Educated: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
• Team-Player: You thrive in an interdisciplinary setting and possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Resident-Centered: You have a heart for eldercare and a "resident-first" approach to therapy.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Ready to Move: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout your shift.
