Warehouse lead
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Sortation Lead to join our logistics team! In this role, you will manage the sorting operations and ensure that all packages are accurately sorted, efficiently processed, and dispatched on time. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent leadership skills, and are passionate about optimizing workflows, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire sorting process, ensuring accuracy and timely handling of packages.
- Manage, train, and schedule the sorting team to meet daily performance targets.
- Monitor sorting equipment and ensure proper usage to avoid downtime or disruptions.
- Analyze sorting data and identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
- Collaborate with dispatch, warehouse, and fleet teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle issues related to package delays, misrouted items, or other operational challenges.
- Develop and track KPIs to ensure high performance and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and conduct regular safety checks.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Chinese
- Previous experience in last mile delivery logistics and warehouse operations is preferred.
- Previous experience in sorting management is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of logistics software and data tracking tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in volume and operations.
