Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations to assess students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Deliver therapy services in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, families, and other specialists
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and support the educational team with recommendations and goals
  • Educate parents and teachers on strategies to promote communication development
