Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to assess students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, families, and other specialists
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Contribute to IEP meetings and support the educational team with recommendations and goals
- Educate parents and teachers on strategies to promote communication development
