Location: Hyannis, MA

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)

Travel Pay Rate: $1,302.50/Week

Shift & Schedule:
Rotating Day Shifts (6:00 AM – 7:00 PM range)
Occasional weekends and holidays required

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled Donor Care Specialist I to support a hospital-based Blood Donor Center. This role is ideal for a phlebotomy professional who enjoys patient interaction and working in a fast-paced, high-standard clinical environment. You will play a key role in ensuring a safe and reliable blood supply for patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform whole blood collections and therapeutic phlebotomy procedures

• Conduct donor eligibility screenings per regulatory standards

• Prepare, label, and process blood samples for testing

• Maintain accurate donor documentation and records

• Assist with donor recruitment and blood drive activities

• Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a safe and clean environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Prior phlebotomy experience required

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

• National certification or accredited phlebotomy training preferred

• Strong computer and data entry skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
