Site Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor oversees daily operations at construction sites to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves coordinating workers, subcontractors, and materials, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections
- Monitor project progress and report updates to management
- Resolve site issues and adjust schedules as needed
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Conduct site walkthroughs and quality checks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a site supervisor or foreman in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans
- Ability to use laser and/ or Sitech software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with project management tools and reporting
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Skills:
• OSHA 10 certification
• Experience with commercial or civil projects
• Familiarity with scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Procore)
