A boutique law firm is seeking a polished and organized Receptionist with 3+ years of legal receptionist experience to serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity replacing a long-tenured employee and offers strong long-term growth potential.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact, greeting clients and maintaining a high-end, professional front office environment
Manage scheduling, upkeep, and coordination of multiple conference rooms
Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy
Support attorneys and firm leadership with administrative tasks
Maintain filing systems and overall office organization
Ensure office equipment (copiers, supplies, etc.) is stocked and functioning properly
Provide high-level customer service to clients, vendors, and internal staff
Qualifications
3+ years of legal receptionist or front-desk experience required
Professional, polished, and confident demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
Experience interacting with high-net-worth clients or in a professional services environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced office environment
