Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required prior to start.
- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
- Experience evaluating and treating adult and pediatric outpatient populations, including establishment of objective measurable treatment goals and documented treatment plans.
- Demonstrated ability to perform diagnostic muscle, nerve, joint and functional ability tests and to modify treatment plans based on patient progress.
- Experience providing patient/family education and communicating with interdisciplinary teams regarding progress and discharge planning.
- Ability to provide guidance to PT Assistants, aides, and students and to participate in department quality improvement and safety initiatives.
- Ability to maintain documentation of patient activity, charges, and objective clinical records.
- Preferred: Specialist certification and prior experience serving as a clinical resource in a focused specialty area. This is preferred, not required.

- Facility type: Outpatient rehabilitation center.
- Shift: Days.
- Shift schedule: Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00 (5x8).
- Standard hours per week: 40.
- Assignment duration: 13 weeks.
- Patient population: Adult and pediatric outpatient caseload.
