About the Center

A locally owned early learning center in Burlington is seeking dedicated Early Childhood Teachers and Assistant Teachers who are looking for a long-term home in a supportive and stable environment.

Our center focuses on academic foundations, structure, and strong relationships with families . We value teamwork, consistency, and educators who take pride in their classrooms and want to grow with the center.

We welcome both experienced teachers and individuals interested in starting a career in early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support an Infant, Toddler, or Preschool classroom
• Assist with implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment
• Follow EEC licensing guidelines and center policies
• Communicate professionally with families
• Work collaboratively with the teaching team

Qualifications

• EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher Certification preferred
• Assistant Teachers without certification are welcome to apply
• Experience working with young children is helpful but not required
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Interested in long-term growth in early childhood education

Training & Growth

We are happy to train the right candidates and support Assistant Teachers in obtaining their EEC Teacher Certification while working with us.
