Job Description:

Hiring CDL-A local drivers in Westfield, MA. Home daily, average $85,000 per year , dedicated route operating within a 250-mile radius of Westfield. Class A CDL required.

This is a local CDL-A dedicated driver position — same customer, consistent freight, daily home time. Operating area includes NYC Boroughs, Long Island, NJ, MA (Boston), and surrounding regions within 250 miles of Westfield.

CDL-A Driver Pay

• Average $85,000 per year
• $50 daily rate (when all scheduled days are worked)
• NYC Borough stops: $30 – $31.50 per stop
• Boston stops: $30 – $31.50 per stop
• Long Island / NJ stops: $23 – $24.50 per stop
• Non-lift gate dock stops: $19 – $20.50 per stop
• Layover pay: $100
• Detention pay: $15 per hour after the first hour
• Holiday pay: $160 per day
• New hire training pay: $200 per day during paid orientation

CDL-A Driver Schedule

• 5-day work week with split days off
• Start times between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM
• Shift length: 12–14 hours
• Daily home time
• Paid online orientation
