Core Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations to ensure accurate , timely , and efficient processes across multiple business lines.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, optimize costs, and improve service performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Demand & Customer Planning to align warehouse capacity and distribution capabilities with business demand.
Monitor and analyze warehouse and distribution KPIs , including inventory accuracy, productivity, service performance, and processing timeliness, communicating trends and risks to stakeholders.
Oversee relationships with third-party logistics providers and transportation partners to ensure cost-efficient, reliable, and high-performing distribution operations.
Drive strategies for operational excellence and cost optimization to strengthen Distribution as a competitive advantage.
Support end -to-end transportation and parcel carrier operations while identifying opportunities to improve fulfillment processes, service levels, and customer satisfaction across channels.

The AMS Distribution team within Supply Chain Operations is pivotal in ensuring that The LEGO Group's products reach customers efficiently and reliably. This department acts as a crucial link between various stakeholders, including Warehousing, Sales Organizations, and logistics partners, driving operational excellence and cost optimization. By focusing on continuous improvement and strategic collaboration, the team enhances overall supply chain performance and positioning Distribution as a competitive advantage.
The Distribution Manager is part of the AMS Distribution team within Supply Chain Operations, responsible for leading physical distribution and fulfillment across the Local Distribution Centers (LDC) network.
Do You Have What It Takes?
Must Have:
Strong experience in distribution, warehouse, and/or transportation operations, including managing relationships with third-party logistics providers and transportation partners .
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems, such as SAP.
Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) to monitor KPIs and drive operational improvements.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple fulfillment channels while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication , stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
Previous experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Previous eCommerce experience, providing insights into online consumer behavior and fulfillment processes.
Ability to take initiative, recognize opportunities for improvement, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with a self-driven and proactive character capable of impacting the organization through own initiative.
Additional :
Best of both: three (3) days onsite and two (2) days remotely.
Domestic travel will be required .
No relocation will be available.
Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $120,830.00 - $181,246.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
