Physical Therapist - Marlborough up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus available!*

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic care team at Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Marlborough, Massachusetts. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to our patients while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Full-time, part-time, and per diem openings up to $60 an hour with weekly pay.

About the Position:

• Provide patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload

• Participate in the clinical team process and contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans

• Consult with and train patients, residents, and caregivers, and supervise therapy assistants and students

• Monitor efficiencies on an ongoing basis and document activities according to company policies and procedures

• Communicate effectively with patients, residents, families, and staff to ensure exceptional customer service and care

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science Degree, Master of Science or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy

• Appropriate licensing requirements by individual states must be maintained

• Two (2) years of clinical experience preferred

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

• Ability to articulate and comprehend the English language

• Availability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
