Join Our Team as a Full-Time Toddler Teacher!

Do you have a passion for teaching young children and creating a positive, nurturing learning environment? We’re looking for a dedicated Full-Time Toddler Teacher to join our warm and supportive team! In this role, you’ll play a vital part in shaping the minds of toddlers, fostering their growth, and building meaningful connections with both children and families.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and Reggio Amelia curriculum for toddlers ages 18 months through 2 years and 9 months (room is licensed to have both Infant/Toddlers and Preschool)

• Work a rotating schedule that includes two early shifts (Tuesday/Wednesday: 7 AM – 3 PM), two late shifts (Monday/Thursday: 10 AM – 6 PM), and one rotating shift per week on Fridays

• Create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development

• Build positive, supportive relationships with children, parents, and fellow educators

 

What You’ll Need:

• EEC certification in Toddler (required)

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)

• Experience working with children in a child care, daycare, or preschool setting

• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, lift at least 35 lbs, actively participate in physical activities, and maintain full supervision of children at all times
