What You’ll Do:

• Take calls from individuals facing emotional distress or crisis
• Listen actively, show empathy, and remain calm during intense conversations
• Help de-escalate high-stress situations and contact emergency services when needed
• Keep clear emotional boundaries between calls to protect your own well-being

What You Need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center role, handling inbound calls
• Ability to attend on-site training in Framingham, MA

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in a mental health, crisis, or support setting
• Familiarity with de-escalation or counseling techniques
• Any supervisory or management experience in a call center environment
