Pulmonary and Primary Care Associates of Plymouth a member of Tufts Medicine Integrated Network is seeking an exceptional colleague to join our busy Primary Care practice in Plymouth MA as an Internal MedicineNurse Practitioner.

Our well-established and collaborative practice in Plymouthis committed to providing the highest quality primary care to adult medicine patients across the South Shore region. Join a collegial and cohesive group of five providers and manage your own panel of Practitionersw ith prev ious Primary Care experience are preferred.

Who you are:

• Graduate of an accredited and/or approvedNurse Practitionerprogram.

• Experience as aNurse Practitionerin a primary care or similar clinical setting is preferred

• Experience managing a patient panel is preferred

• Current license as aRegistered Nurse and Nurse Practitionerin the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

• Current certification in CPR is .

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients families and the healthcare team.

• A patient-centered approach with a focus on high-quality care and patient satisfaction.

• You have a passion for primary care.

• You are a team player who is excited to work cooperatively with a wide range of disciplines to deliver outstanding patient satisfaction

Pay Range :

$124800.00 - $156000.00
