A K-12 school in South Hadley, MA, is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a contract position through the upcoming school year. This role involves delivering behavior intervention services to students, implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with educators and therapists to support student progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervisory guidance
• Collect and analyze data to track student progress
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, therapists, and families
• Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards
• Attend relevant meetings and training sessions to enhance service delivery

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
• Experience working with children in school or clinical settings preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to follow detailed treatment protocols accurately
