We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Quincy, Massachusetts. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and long-term placement for the right candidate. The role involves providing outstanding front desk support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:• Greet and check patients in and out with professionalism and efficiency.
• Process credit card transactions securely and accurately.
• Enter and update patient information in the system, ensuring data accuracy.
• Operate a multi-line phone system to answer and direct inbound calls.
• Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to patients and visitors.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor appointment schedules and assist with scheduling changes as needed.• Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles is required.
• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Familiarity with healthcare or wellness environments is a plus.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work onsite on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
