Sales Arborist

Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary contact for all tree care needs.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and community involvement.
- Site Assessments: Conduct comprehensive on-site evaluations to diagnose tree health, identify care needs, and recommend appropriate services.
- Proposal Creation: Develop and present customized proposals and bids that address client requirements and project specifications.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of tree care projects, meeting client expectations and timelines.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and project progress within the company’s CRM system.
- Upselling Services: Recommend additional tree care services to enhance client satisfaction and maximize revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or a related field highly preferred
- ISA Certified Arborist certification required, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
- Proven success in sales within the tree or landscape industry
- Strong knowledge of arboriculture practices, tree care techniques, and tree species
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
