The Opportunity: Field Marketing Representative

Weed Man Lawn Care is a leading provider of environmentally responsible lawn care services. You will be a crucial part of our community outreach in the Tewksbury and surrounding areas, engaging with homeowners and offering free, no-obligation quotes for our services.

What You'll Be Doing

• Work as part of a team, driving a Company Vehicle to and from designated canvassing neighborhoods.

• Conduct friendly, professional door-to-door community outreach to offer free lawn care quotes to homeowners.

• Meet daily and weekly goals for lead generation (50 leads/week) that convert into sales (3 sales/week).

• Educate homeowners on eco-friendly lawn care practices.

• Work collaboratively while contributing to a competitive team environment.

Schedule & Environment

• Hours: Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Weekends OFF)

• Environment: Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions (40 hours per week).

• Location: Based out of our Tewksbury office, working in various neighborhoods. You must have reliable transportation to and from our office.

Compensation

• $19.00/hour

  • Performance Increase+$1/hour pay increase for every 2 leads generated that convert into a sale that week.

• $250 Bonus in your first 30 days! Qualification: 150 total leads generated with no more than 1 excused absence.
