- Perform intake assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
- Masters degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
- Active independent clinical license in Massachusetts (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD).
- Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
- Strong communication, time management, and clinical assessment skills.
