This will be a hybrid role working between your home office and either our Burlington MA headquarters or our Raleigh NC office. You must be local to one of those locations to be considered.

We're seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to help drive go-to-market retention and expansion execution for DataDirect and Corticon, two cornerstone solutions in the Progress ADP portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data integration and intelligent automation, supporting campaigns, messaging, and content that demonstrate how these products accelerate business innovation.

The ideal candidate has foundational product marketing experience and a strong curiosity about data, APIs, and automation technologies.

In this role, you will:

• Support the development and execution of GTM plans for DataDirect and Corticon, including launches, campaigns, and enablement.
• Assist in crafting compelling product messaging and competitive positioning for technical and business audiences.
• Collaborate with demand generation, digital, and partner teams to create content that drives awareness and lead conversion (blogs, web copy, videos, presentations).
• Help manage and update sales enablement tools, battlecards, and solution briefs.
• Research and summarize market and competitive insights in data connectivity, decision automation, and AI/ML use cases.

Your background:

• 2-4 years of product marketing or related marketing experience, ideally within enterprise software, SaaS, or data integration platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for simplifying technical concepts.
• Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn from senior product marketers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and interest in data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field.

Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have:

• Familiarity with data connectivity (ODBC/JDBC/APIs), analytics, or business rules automation.
• Experience collaborating with technical product managers or developer audiences.
• Demonstrable AI skills in the development of content creation and sales aids.

Base Salary Range: $65,025 - $80,325. This position is also eligible to participate in our performance-based annual corporate bonus plan. Final base compensation is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, education, demonstrable experience, and allowance for future and continued salary growth.
