Scrum Master
Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple technology initiatives within a fast-paced environment. This individual will partner with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, facilitate Agile processes, and ensure successful delivery from planning through implementation. Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile teams across multiple concurrent projects
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Track project progress, risks, and dependencies while ensuring timely delivery
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholder visibility
- Partner with business and technical teams to clarify requirements and remove blockers
- Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
- Support backlog management and project prioritization efforts
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred
- 5+ years of Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Project Management experience
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
