Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms using specialized imaging equipment.
• Ensure compliance with MQSA, ACR, FDA, and other regulatory standards .
• Maintain quality control measures and radiation safety protocols .
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining processes and addressing concerns .
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and other healthcare professionals .
• Maintain and update patient records and imaging reports .
• Travel to various healthcare facilities for temporary assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field .
• Certification: ARRT (R) and ARRT (M) certification required .
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in mammography.
• Skills: Strong technical, interpersonal, and patient care skills .
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to take on travel assignments .
