As a DC Supervisor, you will lead a team of 20+ associates during your shift to meet safety, quality, accuracy, and productivity goals. You'll be a hands-on leader, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently while creating an engaging and high-performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop distribution associates to meet performance goal.
• Drive operational efficiency while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Manage department budgets and recommend infrastructure improvements.
• Support inventory accuracy through process management and continuous improvement.
• Ensure proper tools, training, and resources are available for team success.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years in distribution/logistics operations, including 2+ years leading teams of 20 or more.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments preferred.
• Strong skills in associate engagement, coaching, and team building.
• Knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, and process improvement.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar WMS systems preferred.
• Strong computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
